2. Data we collect
The contact form collects your name, work email, company, message and consent confirmation. The site does not request special-category personal data; please do not include any in your message.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process data to reply to enquiries, arrange calls and take pre-contractual steps requested by you. Where the form requests consent, that consent provides an additional legal basis for the stated processing.
4. Processing and recipients
Data is protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures and is available only to people who need it. Formspree handles contact-form submissions and Cal.com provides the booking calendar; these providers process data under their respective agreements and privacy notices. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer will be governed by an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, including European Commission standard contractual clauses where required.
6. Retention
Contact enquiries are retained for as long as needed to manage the conversation and, unless a contractual relationship begins or law requires otherwise, no longer than 24 months after the last relevant contact.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting prior processing. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority.
8. Analytics and provider technologies
The site is prepared for Plausible Analytics, an aggregate cookie-free measurement tool, and does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or profiling. The embedded booking calendar is provided by Cal.com and may process technical data under its own notice.
